PLEASE LIST ANY ALLERGIES YOU MAY HAVE WHEN YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER.
WerePups are fine art dolls and props meant for adult collectors. They are NOT meant as toys for small children. Rambunctious play and rough handling will affect your WerePups’ hair work and painting. Remember – handle WerePups as you would handle a real baby, and they will remain in beautiful condition.
Asia Eriksen, The WerePups Crew and DogHead Studios are not responsible for damages that occur after WerePups leave the lab. However, you can contact us through Pack Priority to request repair at the cost of shipping. We must hold the right to refuse a repair.
Please be aware that each lifesize silicone WerePups doll is handmade, painted and rooted by the artist and all orders are placed on a waiting list. Because of current demand, the turnaround time is about 10 months from the date ordered. We do our best to accommodate reasonable date requests.
We cannot stress this enough: Please do not order a WerePup if you are not 100% sure that you are OK with the long wait and the possibility of delays. Setbacks do happen with handmade items, whether material shipments are delayed or another order takes longer than expected. We only ask that you be understanding and know that the artist is doing her best to fulfill orders as fast as possible without sacrificing quality.
Out of fairness to those already waiting, we do not offer an expedite service.
WerePups does not normally post work in progress pictures. If needed, fur, eyes and colors may be seen before the order is finalized.
Down payments are non-refundable on handmade items, but in certain circumstances, we can sell a commissioned WerePup or transfer a deposit to grant a refund.
We have the right to refuse or cancel an order at any time during the process. If an order is cancelled by the WerePups team, the deposit will be refunded in full before the order is removed from the list.
A specific style of outfit can be requested, and we will do our best to find it, otherwise all Pups will be dressed in an outfit according to their requested gender, or something neutral if no gender has been specified. We do our best to honor all requests, but must hold the right to refuse an outfit, material, or accessory request.
Because each WerePup is made by hand, even replicas of previous commissions will have slight differences – each baby is unique in its own way.
A sculpt’s features cannot be altered outside of reasonable, minor changes. Please do not ask for “Fiona with a frown” or “Toby without his tongue showing.” Each WerePup is produced using a mold from a pre-existing sculpt by Asia Eriksen. If you are looking for a quote on a custom sculpture, please email info@dogheadstudios.com.
